Medium: Movie Runtime: 2hrs, 4 minutes Genre: Superhero/Drama Rating: PG-13 I have no preface this week, so let's just jump into it- here's my thoughts on: Six months after genius billionaire Tony Stark announced on live television that he is Iron Man, he has gone from irresponsible playboy to America's golden boy- a real-life superhero who won the public's favor by escaping from kidnappers and successfully getting his company to turn over a new anti-war leaf. But not everything's roses, as the government has their eye on the designs for his suit as a potential new weapon, and the Arc Reactor keeping Tony alive is also gradually poisoning his blood. To make matters worse, a ghost from Howard Stark's past is coming back to take revenge on his son, and the president of rival company Hammer Industries is a very sore loser indeed, and seeks to crush Tony's name under the heel of his polished boot. I Stand Corrected: Lego Indiana Jones 2

Medium: Videogame Hours Logged: ?? Genre: Action/Platform/Puzzle Rating: E-10+ Console: Xbox 360 Soooo... yeah. We're covering this one again. After my previous review went live, I traded in the game and washed my hands of the whole affair. In retrospect however, I realized that not only had I left the thing unfinished (through no fault of my own), I had let my expectations color my bias (completely my fault, and very bad form ) . A brief recap: After feeling like I hadn't gotten my money's worth with the game and coming off of Lego Star Wars ' superb level design, I thought an absolute minimum of effort had been put in. Worse yet was discovering that the first Lego Indiana Jones had made use of vast, expansive levels chock full of secrets and easter eggs, and then a crash corrupted my save and destroy all of my progress. I was livid, and needed a couple years (and some time with the original) to cool my head. So, then, let's address my initial critici...

Medium: Movie Runtime: 1hr, 13 Minutes Genre: Horror Rating: R I said I was going to try and watch some classic horror, and by God, I intended to keep that promise. Maybe I didn't watch as much as I'd planned, but I did get around to at least one movie that's long been on my list: No, wait- that's not it. Wrong poster, gimme just a- *shuffles around* *crashing and banging* *swearing* AHA! There we go! That's better. The year is 1921, and our story begins on an archaeological dig, with two men from the British Museum talking over the day's events. Sir Joseph, an older chap and the head of the expedition, is more interested in what could be learned from what they've dug up than his younger (unnamed?) companion, who dreams of the acclaim and medals to be gained from the momentous find they've made.
